Squat

  • Minimum 10 squats
  • Done – Laying down, pull your knees to chest.
  • Good – Full squat, with hands on solid object for support.
  • Better – Full squat, feet pointed slightly outward.
  • Best – Full squat, feet pointed straight forward.
